- Your order will be professionally packed and shipped via FEDEX or DHL or UPS or EMS or Sea.
- We will tell the buyer for tracking number, when the products are shipped out.
- Large quantities can be shipped out via sea.
- Before shipping, all our products are highly inspected and will take some photos to the buyer.
- Inside: Packed by foam.
- Outside: Packed by cardboard carton, if required, plywood or wood(non-fumigate) will be packed outside the carton.
Item that have Free Shipping Applies only to the continental United States and does not include Alaska, Hawaii or any US Territories (Guam, PR etc.). Certain items have fixed shipping rates. These fixed rates only apply to the lower 48 states. Item exclusions include most oversize items such as body kits, hoods, trunks, fenders, roofs, tonneau covers, doors as well as certain spoilers.
For any international orders, excluding Canada you have to place your order through email. you can contact our sales departments at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the shipping rates and options, We will obtain the 3 best shipping methods depending on your location.
All international shipments including Canada will be marked at the lowest possible duty. Any additional brokerage or taxes are not included in the shipping cost unless otherwise stated. TopLine Auto Shop will always give our customers the lowest possible shipping rate. What we pay is what you will pay.

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery date and item must be in original new condition, not worn or altered in any way. If the product is defective or damage upon arrival, or wrong product shipped, please contact us immediately.
Return shipping fees is responsibility of buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake (i.e., your receive the wrong item or damaged item). We will pay for shipping replacement back to you if an exchange is requested or you can return it for a full refund.
Please note that If the return/replacement is not a result of our mistake (not defective or wrong item), the buyer is responsible for return shipping, as well as a 20 percent restocking fee. (Restocking fees may vary depending on manufacturer)
NOTE: We do not accept any returns or exchanges on Carbon Fiber Parts ordered.
All returns have to be preauthorized. Please contact us to get an authorization and returning address before sending the item back. If you send back an item without an authorization the return or refund will be refused and the item will be returned to the buyer at his or her own expense.
